Redefining Digital Routines
Justr investigates the phenomenon of compulsive smartphone behaviour. The concept focuses on the formation of habits and routines over long-term smartphone use and their impact on mental and physical health, as well as on the users' satisfaction. We believe that everyone should be able to decide for themselves which routines they internalise. Therefore, the approach of the concept is to transform problematic behavioural patterns in smartphone use into a long-term satisfying user experience through proven methods of behavioural psychology.

We are currently living in an era where the majority of our collections exist in digital format, leading to a decrease in the value placed on physical collections. Furthermore, the prevalence of streaming services means that we own fewer tangible items. RooMe aims to enhance your physical space by adding a digital component, allowing you to showcase and appreciate your digital assets. It also provides an opportunity for you to experience your digital objects in a more tangible way. This is accomplished through the creation of an artificial parallax effect, which adds depth and a sense of three-dimensionality to the room, as well as a projection of artificial shadows in the physical space.

Lunitus is a helmet that allows the wearer to discern the spectrum of light by hearing the individual color frequencies. The helmet reduces the wearers visibility just enough, to shift the focus on individual light sources and their corresponding sound profile. The quality of light is something we don’t consciously perceive. Lunitus gives the user the ability to distinguish the invisible factors acting on us in our daily life.

Almer AR offers remote support for industrial applications through the use of advanced augmented reality glasses. This allows for effective communication of expertise to on-site workers, reducing downtime by providing real-time solutions directly in their field of view. The user-focused design covers the entire process, from identifying issues and eliminating discomfort for on-site workers while guiding them remotely, to comprehensive documentation, streamlining the entire process for optimal results.

Boex provides a convenient solution for connecting public transportation with delivery and parcel services. Therefore Boex takes into consideration the reasons why people normally drive into the city by car and the potential issues that arise when using public transportation. The solution is an intelligent locker system connected to public transportation that eliminates the worry of transporting goods home or finding a secure storage location. With Boex, environmentally friendly, safe, flexible, and fast transport of goods within the city is made possible. The entire service is easily accessible through an intuitive app, which offers additional benefits such as sharing access to the locker with friends.

Janosch Tillich
I'm Janosch Tillich, an Interaction Designer and Automation Technician based in Zurich. Since the beginning of my professional journey, I have successfully combined different disciplines, always with the goal of creating real value.
My passion lies in bridging the gap between design and technology, and I'm constantly striving to bring visions to life by connecting these two worlds. It's truly amazing when a team shares the excitement about a vision and consistently works towards realizing it, all with the goal of satisfaction. In my work, I use various design methods with a focus on iterative processes. Prototyping is an essential communication tool for me to make ideas tangible and demonstrate their value. While I base my decisions on proven principles, I'm always open to experiments and intuitive thinking. My particular strength lies in making complex systems accessible and user-friendly, breathing life into technology. I always stay up to date with the latest developments and have a deep understanding of what is technically feasible in an efficient way. My focus is on empowering people through design, enabling them to do things they never thought they could.
To me, that's the true essence of good design. I'm excited to continue working on new projects to achieve this goal again and again.
